Before signing up for any club dives you must supply the club with a completed Liability Waiver and Diver Information Form, and a copy of your c-card must be on file with the club.

Contact our Membership Director Denise Kurz for information on the status of these forms.

All divers must come equipped with the appropriate equipment, in proper working order, as required by certifying agency as minimum equipment.
