Before signing up for any club dives you must
supply the club with a completed Liability
Waiver and Diver Information Form, and a copy of your c-card must be
on file with the club.

All divers must come equipped with the appropriate equipment, in
proper working order, as required by certifying agency as minimum
equipment.
