Former Director Manned Undersea Research and Technology Center, National Marine Fisheries Service and Director of Lobster Research Program, National Marine Fisheries Service, Boothbay Harbor, Maine. Author of numerous scientific articles on biology and ecology of marine sport and commercial fish and shellfish. President of Innerspace International, Inc. (IIC), a children's book publishing corporation.
